Name That Train
The new commuter rail line that will be running between Beaverton and Wilsonville, starting fall of 2008, will soon have a new nickname…and you could be the person who names it! Last week, Tri-Met announced a contest that's open to all for christening the rail line with a catchy and fun name. The contest runs through October 1st, and the individual that comes up with the winning name gets a free annual transit pass, valued at $836. For all the rules of the contest, and to submit your own nickname, click here.
